Tried making an online domestic airline ticket booking with Mango Airlines.
Got an error stating not to resubmit as i may already have a ticket booking.
Called the call centre.
Still hanging on for more than two hours.
This is a ridiculous service.
Still unsure about my booking???
Never want to experience such terrible service again.
Night shift staff are incompetent, unfriendly and unavailable.
