I don't usually use Mango Airlines and I only booked a ticket with them because someone recommended them. I booked my flight and a few minutes later my husband told me about the oversight on my side as i have select and incorrect date; I did not take it too serious as I thought that can just be fixed with a phone call to Mango; to my dismay i was told I will have to R250 to change my dates and was told it is noted on their terms and conditions. The term and conditions page does not load I tried it before booking the ticket and I tried it again just now and it is BLANK!!!
The least you can do is to make sure that your site is working perfectly before holding people to your terms. this has been a painfully experience for me and just know that I will never ever again be a client of Mango Airlines again no matter how reasonable your flights are!
The 16/02 and the 16/03 are both on Sundays and I do not think this cause any inconvenience on your side as it was something I corrected within an hour; I just don't understand
The costs you charge just to change dates is just shocking and I won't even mention cancelling fees.
