I booked an airline ticket online for a flight from CT to Durban. The system performed an autocorrect on the surname changing it from "Naidoo" to "Nairobi" which I did not notice at the time only once the confirmation was given. I called the call centre the next morning and they now insist that I will have to pay an additional R200 odd to fix the surname. This is unacceptable because it's just a surname fix and I am not changing the ticket to another person. This is so unfair that they cannot just perform a spelling fix that was unintentional & I have to now be financially impacted. I feel so helpless and disappointed in Mango.
