The bus has a mechanical problem that causes us to stop for -30 minutes after certain km's.
I was supposed to be in Butterworth by 9h30am but at 8h49 I am still in Umtata.
I would like my money back because I am not gonna fulfill the purpose of my trip because I was going for an interview. Please assist by giving my money back because not only did I waste my time by taking your bus but I lost out on an opportunity of getting a new job which was gonna better my life.
To top it all off the bus was late so its possible that the staff knew about this problem from departure point in Johannesburg there has been absolutely no communication from the driver and the hostess they just ignored us and did their own thing.
This is very poor service on Intercape's side and is unacceptable.
