I was in a bit of a haze when I walked into flight center in tygervalley, but I was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies as I walked in, and even though they were busy on the phone, they acknowledged my presence and had me sit down. It is so rare in this day and age to actually get friendly service, and the way that Adri handled my affairs was nothing short of Amazing. Both her and Annuschka were really friendly and helpful. They are both shining lights of what the service industry in Southern Africa needs to strive towards. They are real assets to flight centre!
