Bad Custmer care and repair services

I have been flying with SAA at least twice a month, my luggage have been broken twice already, the first time they fixed the bag (not to mention that I had to work hard to get this done) However this time is too much... On my way back from Kinshasa my luggage handle was totally broken, because was a late flight SAA says bring the bag here another day so we can either fix or replace for a new one. I leave 30 Km's from the Airport this morning I took half day leave went all the way to the airport (60 kms) because I need my bag to another trip next week. The lady at SAA, start saying that they don't replace they only fix the bag etc.so she call a technician which come 30 minutes later. The guy say that they don't have same handle but will make a plan. I was not expecting that if they can't fix the bag properly they must not say I will make a plan. So she told me if they can't do it here the bag will go to Joburg. I told her I need my luggage back by Friday she said this is the process because we are using another supplier we are not working with Fraser's anymore. We will call tomorrow to let you know.so I left upset after almost a hour. knowing that I still have a lot of driving to do
