MANGO STAFF DOES NOT KNOW AIROPLANE SEATING

I flew to Cape Town from Bloemfontein on Thursday, 8 August. I ESPECIALLY went to Bram Fischer Airport 3 HOURS before my flight to get a seat at the emergency exit with the extra leg space. I asked the groundstaff if it is available and I were told yes, I can even say if I want a window seat. The seat WAS NOT at the emergency exit but in front of it.
On my return on Monday 12 August from Cape Town International, I ONCE AGAIN went to the airport 3 HOURS earlier just to get a seat with extra leg space. I made it clear to the ground staff that I want the seat AT the emergency exit WITH THE EXTRA LEG SPACE. Once again I was seated in the seat in front of the emergency exit, PLEASE TEACH YOUR GROUND STAFF THE SEATING OF THE PLANE.
