I operate the travel desk within our small company, and everytime, and i mean everytime I call these people, they either unhelpful, dont know what they are talking about or just useless in general. I spent over an hour on the phone with a Mpho and then a Lerato, who offered very very bad service. Suppose some training on customer service would do you guys good? SO TIRED OF THE TELEPHONIC SERVICE AT BA, and im forced to have to be put up with it...!!
