On the 20/10/2013 me and my partner we going to durban now I wanted to make reservation for the bus however it was not to. I cantacted the call centre and the manner in which the phone was unsweard it was unproffessinal the lady was laughing while on the call. I asked her why is she laughing she told me that she spoke to me 2 weeks back and It was my first time. Or maybe part of the callcentre script say they should laugh at their client and be unproffessional. I am so disappointed
