Poor Service, Attitude and Hygeine!!!

Upon check in the attendant was pre occupied with the painting of her nails, and checked me in as a gentleman on a different flight. The in flight service was embarrassing, hearing the flight attendants personal conversations as if I was in their canteen! One attendant even got another one to take a picture of herself with the pilot! Once landed my luggage was nowhere to be found.. HAD NOT LEFT CHECK IN!!!

On my return flight, the service was worse! The flight attendants were all huddled at the back of the plane, laughing and joking so loudly the whole plane could hear them. They giggled through the safety demonstration as well! Are these people responsable for our safety? They were louder than any of the passengers throughout the flight, even when serving the food and drinks! This was so disrespectful, especially being a Sunday evening.

This inferior and downright unprofessional service is unacceptable to me, especially because, and let me highlight this fact: your tickets price is no cheaper than BA, where one is spoiled with proffessional Service!!

The lack of awareness and seriousness around health and safety in flight is alarming to me and i will never fly Mango ever again!
