I booked accommodation for my son for his honeymoon and when I phoned the B & B to book the jacuzzi, I were told that it is not operational. I phoned Safarinow and received friendly service. Shannon found some alternative accommodation for me to choose from, and he regularly phoned me to find out if everything has been sorted. He did the re-booking for me and the kids had a great time!!! Thanks Shannon it has been a long time since I received service like this, keep up the good work.
