At the end of May I booked and paid for a flight for my Dad and his wife to visit me in Cape Town. One week prior the flight my dad had an heart attack. While in hospital the doctors also discovered a brain tumour. My dad was declared unfit to travel therefore the trip had to be cancelled indefinite due to his medical condition.
I phoned Kulula and explained the dilemma. Kulula informed me that they will gladly cancel the flight and reimburse me, however they need the necessary hospital admission documentation which I submitted in order for the refund to be processed. I have forwarded various correspondence since 2 June 2013 to Kulula without any feedback, not even one e-mail!
So much for service...
