I want to give special mention to Comair's Cape Town team.

I dealt with Phumla Mbathana and Thirusha Naidoo, regarding my mobile phone which I had left at the Cape Town International airport prior to taking my British Airways flight to Johannesburg.

Rushing to catch my flight on Thursday evening (08.08.2013) I had realised that my mobile phone was missing once I was in the air towards Johannesburg. My glum feeling was immediately removed when landing as my colleagues I was traveling with had ALL received messages from Ms Phumla Mbathana indicating to them that my phone had been left behind. She had smartly looked at my call history. Absolutely brilliant.

I then was contacted by Thirusha Naidoo and her team, they are the representatives at Comair Cape Town. She and her team immediately arranged the necessary documentation required from their side and in addition, Thirusha arranged transport of my phone via a trustworthy member on the nearest available flight. Again, notice the attention to both detail and focus on excellent customer service here.

This is an example of honesty and service, and I recommend this be published.
