EXCELLENT SERVICE

It is always easy to look for fault but this time SERVICE EXCELLENCE came to us.

GRATITUDE

I was booked with Reference YA8Y9U on flight BA6413 Johannesburg to Cape Town on Friday 07 June 2013, take off 09:15. For the first time I took my wife with me in Business Class.

Well, what an experience! The Cabin Crew which I will mention below made it a memorable flight. My wife is petrified of flying. When on board, the two gentleman made sure all the passengers flying the same class were comfortable and all luggage was stowed correctly. They then made sure that each passenger was looked after in a very special way. When they heard my wife was afraid of flying, they made turns to speak to her and put at ease. It was so well done that on landing in Cape Town she expressed her appreciation to the attendants and what a lovely flight it was. These attendants looked after us and the other passengers with sheer professionalism for the entire two hours. A person can see that they are committed and love what they are doing. This was their second flight of the day as they had flown up from Cape Town where they are based.
