I booked a return ticket for the 28th June to Durban to attend a wedding. My husband became seriously ill on 21st June and was admitted to hospital. I phoned Kulula on 23rd June to cancel my ticket and explained the reason for cancellation to the consultant, Yandisa Mvunge. She was extremely helpful and advised that if I forward proof of my husband's admittance to hospital, they would refund my return ticket in full. Proof was duly sent on 17th July which Yandisa Mvunge acknowledged and advised that the refund would take 6 - 8 weeks to process. I am thrilled to advise that the full amount of the return ticket was deposited into my bank account today, 6th August, Well done Kulula - you are absolute stars.
