I have booked a trip in advance to Cape Town (end of March 2014) and now have to cancel the trip due to personal circumstances. I understand that cancellation policies vary from company to company, so was anticipating that I would lose a % of the amount already paid. Kulula's cancellation policy is 100% loss of money, which makes NO sense. Why would I cancel my ticket, to get nothing in return, so that my seat can then be sold AGAIN!? Come on Kulula - I would have settled for a 25% loss on this ticket given that it is so far in advance!
