I had signed up for Flexi club end June 2013, I was notified that the application was unsuccessful 4 days later and was told to send through a cancellation so that the deposit I had paid could be refunded. I sent the cancellation the same day (2 July 2013). I have been calling and emailing and everyone I speak to promises to have the refund processed, it is now over a month and still no refund has been received. The last email received from Izelle of Flexi club on 2 August 2013, she said the payment would be processed the same day.
I am tired of following up on money that is due to me, there is no need for Flexi club to withhold the refund as no services have been offered to me watsoever and am extremely upset that it takes this long for a refund to take place.
An urgent response or even better an action on the refund would be appreciated.
