I had a ticket booked for the 7th August 2013, a day for before Eid (celebrating the end of Ramadaan). I booked this so that I could join my family in Cape Town from Johannesburg.
I booked the ticket well in advance and when I tried to check in today I was unable to and I subsequently contacted the call centre.
The call centre agent was very unhelpful and rude and indicated that my ticket was cancelled. However she could provide me with all my booking details and yet she indicated that my ticket was cancelled.
I have had to book additional tickets and incurred additional costs due to Kulula's negligence and hold them responsible for the additional costs that I have had to incur.
