1. We bought 50 QVC points after being told that there is no "levy" - only to find out that they just give it another name - "management fee".
2. We were not given any time to rethink before purchasing "as the offer was only valid for that day".
3. My husband asked whether this timeshare had a good resale value should he want to sell it. Of course the answer was "yes, definitely".
4. While we were still paying it off, I wrote to QVC & told them that I want to sell the points as I was paying money for something I could no longer make use of (for various personal reasons) and that the management fee was too much. I was then told that it would be better to pay the outstanding balance so that they could resell the points for me.
5. I took a loan and paid the outstanding bal. When I approached them with the request to sell my points, guess what I was told? It is easier to find someone to take over my points than to sell points!!
6. I have advertised privately but to no avail.
7. After logging a previous complaint, I received an insulting email from QVC saying that I should consult a debt counsell. I DO NOT NEED A DEBT COUNSELLOR!!! I WANT TO GET RID OF THE CONTRACT
