I travelled from Jhb to Dubai leaving on 22 jan 2013 arriving on 23 jan 2013. The arrival was delayed to fog.
However this has been happening for a few days but Emirates did no allocate additional staff to assist with missed flights. The average waiting time is 4 to 6 hours at the transfer counter and not one manager in sight. At a counter for five assistants, there are only 2 or 3
