I posted a report on hellopeter on 27 May. Flexi Club responded that they will get back to me. I then waited. I typed another feedback report more than a month later that says that i have had no feedback from flexiClub Whatsoever, neither has my Parents in who's name the membership is. FlexiClub then responded that the apparently have contacted us and we do not want assistance and that is is being dealt with in our own private capacity.
We have had no contact in order to sort our issue? and now apparently the matter is 'seen as closed'.
