My Dad is part of Flexi Club. At Dikhololo in June 2012 a Charmaine (from Grand Vacation, with Fexi Club details, logo's etc) pitched up and said she wanted to discuss the points. My dad said that wants to cancel his membership..
Charmaine responded that Flexiclub now has a new Benifit. If you buy another R 10 000 worth of points. this would enable my dad to let them sell the points for him. A Mandate with the flexi club logo etc was signed. Charmaine confirmed with her boss (Probashnie) that it would be sold before the next anual payment goes off - 3 months! It was written on the Mandate, and Probashnie confirmed. 3 months later, the first deduction went off my dad's account. No points were sold. Charmaine is never available. Probashnie claims she knows nothing. It was escalated to Kevin Malton, An Andre, Peter Syman then took it further (Lloyd, Amy, Sandy Labuschagne, Mike O'sullivan, Margaret Francis) were all contacted. R16 000 later - They now claim that Charmaine from Grand Vacation has nothing to do with Flexi Club. Flexi Club cannot do anything. The next payment will go off end September. This is money. Magallies Park Resort specifically says that they Are Flexi Club.
