Flexiclub is unprofessional

I am an existing Flexiclub client since 1997. In September 2012 we purchased additional points while on holiday in Durban from Flexiclub at The Palace. To date they have not been able to activate a debit order on my account despite my assistance. They are now harassing me for back payments, threatening me with legal case, different people from Flexiclub with no clue about the facts phone me and my wife every day, etc.

Flexiclub is totally unprofessional and has no idea what is happening within the organization, between different sections and in their outlets.

I am sick and tired of this situation. It seems as if what is published in the media about Flexiclub is true...
