It has been one year since my flights, I have flown with star alliance member (Lufthansa) and wished to have my voyager miles credited via SAA. (Membership # 32953524). My daughters' airmiles have been credited immediately.
I found out that since my maiden name has changed, there was a bit of a problem, but I have since sent through my marriage certificate, original boarding passes and copies of ID documents etc. Everything that was needed to get the process going, was received by South African Airways/Voyageer by the 23/4/2012. Since then I have been promised I would have my miles credited soon.
It is now the 22nd of January 2013, and nothing has been credited. Very patiently, I have phoned the call centre many times in the course of last year, everyone promised something was going to happen soon, but nothing ever did. The last person which I had contact with via e-mail has promised me since November 7th that it would be sorted out soon. Her name is Saajidah at [Email Removed]
I feel being cheated out of airmiles (CPT-FRA-MEX and return is a lot of miles), and cannot dismiss the feeling that Voyager is waiting for me to "give up" and forget about my miles.
