I have requested 2 business class seats through Voyager using air miles I have accumulated over the last 5 years. They will not award seats, and insist I must be on a wait list. Seats are available if you pay cash though, which is contrary to the Consumer Protection Act Section 35.4.C.
I checked for availability with an SAA agent until a year in advance, and no seats are available. I have written more details here: [URL Removed]
