Once again I am not surprised by the poor service from our local businesses. I am trying to book flights on our voyager miles, but my wife and I have different voyager numbers, therefor I cannot book them at the same time. I queried on how we will be able to book this, as I have previously booked one ticket first, and when trying to book the 2nd ticket, there were no seats available, so one of us would be without a ticket. I went onto SAA website and would like to quote their page below:
"Help Desk We are here to help
We are dedicated to assisting you in every aspect of your interaction with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us, via our telephone numbers or email support, and we will respond accordingly."
I sent an e-mail on 30 January explaining the situation, got no reply. On 11 February, I forwarded the message again and asked that someone please get back to me. Still no reply! Today I decided to resend it again, but with no hope of getting a reply, I decided to go onto Hello Peter, because hopefully then someone will get back to me...
I seriously doubt this will happen!
