I took account a contract with ACI in 2011. Now I have migrated from South Africa. Being a non-South African I note that I can no longer enjoy the benefits that they claim I can enjoy so I requested for a cancellation of the contract. I have not received any meaningful response on that. I have also told them that my financial position has changed and paying the monthly charges is now a challenge. Apart from that when I tried to book for a holiday while I was still in South Africa I could not get an opening during the times that I wanted, the places where always fully booked and the call center was not any helpful. Now I want out and they go on and on about having signed a contract. I feel they have breached their own side of the contract as I am unable to enjoy the benefits that they promised in the first place
