I upgraded by contract with virgin mobile, spoke to tshego on 28/05/2013. It was promised that I will get my new contract benefits from the 1st of june, but no benefits. I spoke to thandeka on 20/06/2013 and was promised that new contract benefits will be loaded on the 1st of July 2013, still nothing. What more does I need to do to get virgin to meet their side of the deal. They take their money every month from my account, without fail, but not delivering the promised benefits.
