E-MAILED AND SCANNED PROOF OF BOARDING PASSES, TICKETS AND REGISTERED ENVELOPE TO VOYAGER IN ISANDO. TRACKED ENVELOPE WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION BY VOYAGER. SHUNTED AROUND WITH NO JOY. ALWAYS TOLD SO SORRY YOU EXPERIENCING THIS BUT DONT GET FURTHER. HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND E-MAILS. PROMISED A MANGER WILL CALL. NO MANGER RESPONSE. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY MUST BE TAKEN TO THE CONSUMER ACT AS THEY ARE NOT FULFILLING THEIR AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER.
