I had flown on Mago Airlines on Monday 03/06/2013 on the evening flight departing Johannesburg @ 7pm arriving in Durban @? 8pm. On my collection of my Luggage I noticed that my Back Pack which I collected was smaller & lighter that what I can remember. I then immediatly went to the Mago Airlines counter to report the incendent. I was kindly greeted by Josh, who appologised for what had happened & informed me to that there certain documents that I need to get from, SAPS etc send back to them within 24hours. I had sent through all relevent documentation the next day. On the 14/06/2013 a Mango employee by the name of Brenelle contacted me informing me that a copy of my I'd was missing. I had immediatly sent it through to him via Fax to email, I called him to confirm reciept. He then informed me that the Remebursement will be made into my Account on the 21/06/2013. I had checked my account on the 24/06/2013 there is Still no deposit made. This is when I had contacted Brenelle again, only to find out that was off. Josh then contacted me & told me that the deposit will be made on the 28/06/2013. Still nothing done. I then contacted Brenelle Yesterday & he said he will get back to me.
