On the 04th of May 2013 i travelled from Cape Town to Durban with Mango Airlines. When i arrived at the King Shaka Airport i realised that one of my bags (which i had sealed with a cable tie) was broken into, and my camera and Trail Jacket were. I immediately reported the matter at baggage counter and was assisted by ZAIL KHAN. I also reported the matter to SAPS Point, and emailed Mango's customer care. After i made numerous calls and sent emails to Mango to get feedback, Zail eventually contacted me back and told me they can only compensate me for the jacket and not the camera due to their policy (which i understand). I then submitted all the documents he required from me on the 13th May 2013. Its now the 28th and i still haven't had any response or feedback from Zail or their offices. My emails which i send them are unanswered and every time i call the customer care, i get told zail or Brennel will call me back, which has never happened. I am very disappointed by their service and lack of interest on this matter. Please advice on what further steps i can take regarding this. Thank you
