I booked a flight for 2 passengers from OR Tambo to Durban on the 21 June, that's 2 tickets. But my credit card has been debited for 4 extra tickets for the same people on the same flight and same time. I then left a voicemail, sent emails as soon as I found out and Melanie Smith responded, she told me it will take 6 days to reflect on my credit card. I fail to understand why I have to wait this long when it's clear that their system malfunctioned. I need to have money in my credit for other things such as car rental before the 6 days they are telling me about.
