A friend and I were due to travel from Pretoria to Phalaborwa on Thursday 9 May 2013 and return on Thursday 16 May. Due to the bus strike we were unable to travel. After numerous phone calls to the call centre and to Management, having provided all details that were requested, being told that their cash flow was a problem therefore I may have to wait until end of June - I still have heard or received nothing.
