Purchased a voucher which clearly stated that it entitles two people to spend a min of 2 nights and max of 10 nights in one of the hotels listed in the Breakfree Hotel portfolio.
We emailed breakfree to enquire if 5 nights stay is available from 8th - 12th of July.
"Anne" replied that there is availability but we need to pay R2100.00 which will cover our breakfast and dinner for duration of the stay. I have paid but now i get an eamil that the breakfree vouher is only covered for 3 days at that hotel.
1. When I initially booked I clearly specified that we wanted to stay for 5 days
2. The quote i received on the above request was for R2100.00 which was paid 1st of July 2013.
We want to stay for 5 days but not going to pay extra because we were quoted R2100.00 for duration of the stay which was the 5 days.
