Costing us money

Good day.

My husband and a friend got up a 4 this morning to go to Durban for business. I booked 2 tickets with Mango airlines for today with my own Credit Card.
When they got to the airport they were not allowed to check in, because they were not able to present the Credit Card that payed for the booking. So they missed their flight.
Now they had to book another flight with Kalula wich cost him a additional R3000, because they can't wait until 2 in the afternoon to fly with Mango.

I think this is really unacceptable, and i need an explanation for this asap. Money does not grow on trees. Where it cost us R1200 for tickets it ended up being R4200 for tickets!!
The tickets were payed for, they had their id doc their, what is the problem??!!
