Out in the cold

I booked a flight for my daugther. I Called BA to arrange a meet and assist. They told me everything is fine need to double check on Sunday. Luckily called sunday to find out nothing has been arranged. Is this the type of service you provide? what if i didnt call? What if your daugther is left like that out in the cold Mr/Mrs Customer Service Manager? Im furious for this type of service!!
