My step daughter had a 'meet and assist' flight booked for 17h00 on Sunday afternoon from CPT to JHB. We arrived at CT International an hour &15 min before her flight. Upon arriving at your check-in desks, it was chaos, endless queues, frantic passengers, delayed flights and very rude staff. We stood waiting to be helped. Finally they asked if there were any passenger for the 17h00 flight which still needed to be checked in, about 30 peoples hands went up. We were then asked to queue at another desk. My step daughter was in tears as she had school the next day & it was unclear as to whether she would still be flying. Her mother was freaking out in JHB.Every1 in our group wanted answers for which your staff didnt want to answer. We were then told that the 17h00 flight had no more space on it & we would be put onto another flight. I then demanded one of your staff explain what was happening as we booked & paid for the 17h00 flight. She told me that the 16h00 flight was delayed & they had given some of those passenger our place on the flight. I demand I a refund or compensation for the trauma this caused! Who are u to just give away my daughters seat?! I demand I get what I paid for!
