When you now book on [URL Removed] it charges you R35 per person to pre-book your seat. We paid our R70, however when we boarded and received our boarding passes, we were allocated totally other seats? Why pay R70 then? I expect a refund, and not to my kulula bank, but my bank account. Why is it that there is endless problems on the [URL Removed] website. we have had numerous problems with double deductions, which kulula apologised for, and corrected. I have then decided to avoid these issues going forward, i did cash payments, now that is also no longer accepted. Now you pay for seats, and you dont get what you pre-booked? I expect a R140 refund to my account!
