I made a booking for my directors wife and son, and had to make an additional booking for my director as he is flying back on a different date to them. when making the booking I chose to pay extra to book seats, when booking, I chose a row where there were 3 available seats. to my disappointment, when I went to book my directors seat, the seat had already been taken. I called into your call centre and spoke with Megan, who informed me that I should make the booking, pay for it a swell as the seats and then call into the call centre and they would change the seats so everyone could sit together. I then did as I was told, but when I called back, I was told by a consultant that it is impossible to change seating. I had to hold on for 12 minutes and 23 seconds before I just HAD to put the phone down. This is very frustrating, as I have just booked almost 20 flights with kulula. Surely there Is a way which I can reseat my director and his family, otherwise, I will have to start booking all the flights with SAA or Mango.
