So I make a booking online with KULULA they take my money confirm the booking with a code (RKSILT).
When I check my booking online later in the day it was not showing up.
Upon calling KULULA they say no booking was made because the price went up while my transaction was being processed!
They still have my money and I have no seat.
Why did they not inform me of this.
