Pathetic customer service and claims process

On the 20th april my husband and I travelled from Dar es salaam to Jhb
When we reached Jhb we were told that none of the passengers bags had not been loaded onto the plane from Dar es salaam
We received our bags 24 hrs later at home
1) Our Cellini bags were badly damaged
2) our Locks were broken and our bags were ransacked.

I filled in a claim on the 5th May 2013 and handed it in at baggage services at OR Tambo airport.one month later i emailed saa asking for a status on my claim.they apologised and said it had not been submitted but they will now submit it. A few weeks later i again emailed them asking what the status of the claim was, as i was now travelling again and needed to purchase new bags..and was told to stop troubling them with emails cos they busy.this level of incompetent, rude and pathetic customer service is an embarassment to our national airline.

To date no one has bothered to update me on the status of the claim. Ref: JNBSA 84129
I find this totaly unnaceptable.
Kindly advise.
