This is the second time I have to resort to this measure. After lodging my first complaint "Beware of Flexi Club (Langebaan)" stating my case, A Senior Consultant Called me back. After my case has been heard they responded positively. After numerous calls to his office, I got hold of him once, and never again, I sent two e-mails, still no response. I said in the e-mail I give him until yesterday to get back to me or I will Lodge a Complaint with the Ombudsman, he still didnt get back to me. I have ask for my package to be made half, because I felt I was half responsible, but with such bad customer service I refuse to be part of this Timeshare. Its a month and a half later and still I didnt receive this new contract that is in the post, alledged by the Call Centre Agent. If you gave me service I would have accepted this new contract, you did not bring your end of teh bargain so I refuse to bring mine, if I pay for a Product I want service!!! Its my right!!! I suggest you put measures in place to end this whole contract as I'm no longer intrested. What good is a produt which you cant get service for.
