Hi I agree totally, i tried the whole of last week to get hold of the call centre, i also sent a mail on the VIP service which gaurantees a call back within 30 minutes, i am still waiting for the call 10 days later. its a shambles i told them i am leaving for Dubai on urgent business on the 15th and they said it would not be a problem. everytime i cintact them i am told the visa is at the consulate and thats all. their service is terrible and nobody is able to assist me
