My request for my French Visa was submitted a couple weeks ago, with me having to fly to Johannesburg from Durban to fill out forms and apply etc.
I was assured the Visa would be ready and delivered in time much before my flight date and was assured that their call centre could assist in any queries and updates.
My visa is still yet to be delivered and with a weeks constant attempts of communication (email, phone calls, appointments) it has all been futile as there has been no effort from this company in any way.
I'm scheduled to depart tomorrow evening and I wait in limbo awaiting the eventual demise of my visa.
Absolutely terrible and have absolute certainty this complaint wont help whatsoever in my own case, but as a warning to all hopeful visa applicants that you should rather swallow needles than endure attempted communication & service with this embassy.
So angry!
