On teh31/03 2013 me, my wife and two boy's went to cape Airport to go to JHB.At the counter we were told, we not on the system and i must go to inquiries, i went there, and back and there and back again still not sorted out. When i was gone my wife battled with the children, she asked a short guy from KULULA if he can help her shift the trolly. He did nothing and told his friend "the ing B%$ch". I came back and grabbed him on his tie and asked him why he was so rude, and that i will him. He pulled loose and called the police and we were told we are not allowed on the plane and will not be refunded. He opend a Case of assault aiganst me and told the police that me and my wife were lying. The police told me that this guy is making a big deal of nothing. He shouted at me and my wife in front of the police, and told me i was not allowed to see the camera footage. I and every one i known will NEVER FLY KULULA Again... As they treat US THE CLIENT AS CRIMINALS... UTERLY DISGUSTED
