R6700 was paid to NWI to assist my wife with a spousal visa as she is from Georgia. At the time, we were engaged. We planned to get married in July but had to postpone due to the Visa application process. In August NWI told me that we could no longer apply for the Visa I paid for and it is best to apply for a tourist visa. That left me with no choice as most of our wedding arrangements was finalized and we were planning on settling in SA by September.By the time I left SA to get married we still had no Visa and the application and collection etc was done by our own arrangements in less than a week while abroad. We returned after our wedding and I asked NWI to assist me with a spousal visa that was paid for. Then they send me a new invoice asking for R2850 that according to them is the price of a tourist visa. Meaning I paid for a spousal visa but received a tourist visa. So now I only need to pay for a tourist visa to get a spousal visa. I requested a refund of R3850 seeing I paid R6700 for a Spousal visa and was quoted R2850 for Tourist visa which I received. I don't need them to assist me with the spousal visa and would like feed back from NWI regarding the balance I requested.
