If anyone is trying to travel to FRANCE or ITALY don't bother. It is easier to get a visa to outer Mongolia than it is to deal with this company and if Italy and France are happy to use this company to process their visa's then they deserve to not have our very hard earned money spent in their country.
Firstly their call centre is NON EXISTENT. I have tried calling in every time, in every way and have not had a single call answered. You eventually get told that they will call you back but after numerous calls I have not had the courtesy of a single reply.
The same goes for emails.
The only way to get anything done is to actually go there and demand service!
I am meant to be leaving for Italy tomorrow and still have no ideal whether I will get a visa despite the promises from their personnel that the Italian embassy is aware of the "problems" being experienced and would process the visas in order of importance.
There is NO way of tracking the visa even though the company pretends that there is a back-end system that is more sophisticated than a brick wrapped in paper.
I have never is all my years experienced such poor service from any company or person anywhere in the world
