Given Wrong ticket at place of purchase

I bought a weekly ticket to Killarney Gardens, was given one from Mitchell's plain as indicated in the book the vendor had. I am travelling from Goodwood and did tell the vendor that, after finding out that there is a bus that goes from Killarney Gardens to Belhar that stops in Goodwood, now Golden Arrow says I cant use that ticket and it can not be exchanged I have to post it to them. I think that the service is pathetic none of the call centre staff give you the correct information or know the routes nor do the vendors, I really want this sorted out now. I am not made of money and cant wait for something to arrive to them via mail which could get lost or take weeks to get there. I want a better solution than mailing it.
