On the 5th October 2013, I travelled with Golden Arrow Bus Services from Cape Town to Belhar at 16h00pm with bus no.4526. When I entered the bus, I payed with a R200.00 note and the driver said he did not have changes however he will give me change once I get out at my destination. Ticket cost R12.00 for the trip. So he gave me R10.00 leaving the outstanding balance with that driver should give me at R178.00 once I get to my destination. I then gave him a R2 coin which means he then should give me R180.00 once I get to my destination. When I we arrived at my destination, I was so tired from work that it slipped mind to ask for my changes and he dont even remind me of my changes. The next morning I phoned Golden Arrow Bus Services tollfree number and reported my complaint. They then gave me a reference no. 7200032715 and said they will investigate the matter and they will contact me again. Two weeks after this incident, no answer yet from golden arrow. I then phoned them again to find out how far the investigation is. I got a phone call the friday after my 2nd call and nothing happened further. I WANT MY MONEY!!!
