Golden arrow is just terrible. Their service and attitude toward people is disgusting. They have no manner of speaking and are very unhelpful. The information about routes, ticket pricing and bus times are always different, even seeming as though they make it up to not find out the correct thing. There are only a handful of people that I can say give a proper service and are helpful even friendly. Every time I encounter a different issue and am consistently dissapointed by them. I would much prefer to use Myciti however they do not operate on all the routes I travel. I look for routes where I can use them instead.
